Seborrheic Keratosis

Seborrheic keratosis are common non cancerous growths in older adults. The lesions tend to have a tannish brown or grayish appearance with a waxy surface. Seborrheic keratosis are considered benign and do not need to be removed, however, patients may choose to remove them as they can become irritated, itchy, and unsightly. They can be treated with liquid nitrogen treatments and cautery.
